Audio books, interactive picture books and mini-games: The Tigerbooks app offers a range of high-quality books selected by children's media experts - in a safe and ad-free environment. The app has been designed in collaboration with 100 children's book publishers.

Digital in one app and compatible with most Android and iOS devices, the Tigerbooks app offers children's book classics and new generation favorites for children aged 3 to 12.

Children can join in, look at, practise reading or just listen.

How can you use the Tigerbooks app?
To use the service, you need a PC or mobile device with internet access and a valid Hofheim public library card. Open the following link in your browser: https://login.ebibliotheken-hessen.de

First select "Stadtbücherei Hofheim" and log in with the number on your library card and your personal password. Click on the tile to download the Tigerbooks app. This is also available as a free download in the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Open the app and log in using the "Library log-in". To do this, you must first select the federal state "Hessen" and then your library "Hofheim". Enter your reader number and password in the login screen that then appears.

Good to know!
The media can be borrowed on Tigerbooks for 7 days - but remain visible in the account after expiry.
Mobile use is also possible offline on up to 3 devices at the same time.
